Listing Optimization

We want your products to look their best and be represented in the best way possible.  We do an analysis of your amazon listings and make improvements to titles, images and keywords to improve page views and conversions.

MAP Pricing

It is our policy to follow all MAP guidelines and work with you to ensure others do as well.  We also utilize industry leading 3rd party  repricing software that uses game theory AI  to maintain and increase average prices so that your brand is not diluted, decreasing profit margins online and at B&M stores.

Advertising and Promotions

We utilize Amazon’s suite of PPC advertising tools and coupon promotions to get your products ahead of the competition.

Customer Service

Your customer becomes our customer.  We work hard to maintain positive seller feedback on our Amazon and Walmart storefronts.  We answer all customer questions, handle returns, and will bring any comments or concerns or insights back to you as a brand.

Logistics

We can ship via FBA (fulfilled by Amazon) or FBM (fulfilled by Merchant) and our warehouse team is trained on Amazon compliant prep, pack and ship guidelines to ensure your products arrive to customers flawlessly.

Review Generation

We utilize 3rd party software to manage best practices for Amazon compliant review generation through a custom email strategy to engage with customers and increase product reviews.  We also monitor negative reviews and actively work to remove them where appropriate.

Kitting and bundling

We have the capabilities to kit and bundle complementary items to be sold as a set, increasing sales and providing additional value to your customers.  We will do the research and create new listings for multi-packs or bundles when the research shows it can be beneficial.

Multiple Marketplaces

In addition to Amazon US, we utilize Amazon’s NARF (North American Remote Fulfillment) program, to make products available for sale on Amazon Canada and Amazon Mexico marketplaces via FBA. We will also list on Walmart.com and eBay to put your brand in front of thousands of new customers.
